In today’s the kind of lifestyle we are living Pressure and stress has increased immensely to a greater extent. We all are frustrated with our lifestyle and the competition in the world is like do or die situation.

But what exactly the Pressure is? Pressure is good when the workload improves your limits. When your saturation point increase but when a person gets irritated and overthinks that is bad pressure. Get up improve yourself daily. Push  your  limits. Make yourself a better human.

Pressure and stress in daily lifestyle

By Improve I don’t mean tremendous improvement in just one day. No, not at all.  If you can learn any one thing in one day. You are far better than people who are sitting at home and criticising. Start with 1 learning per day, create good habits. People say change the world. To change the world you need to change your mindset.

THINK AT THIS: IF YOU CAN CHANGE YOURSELF 0.1% Everyday, Within a year you will say yourself to around 36.5% which is a good probability to live happy and satisfied life. Then speed to learn just increase like a child. Kids learn quickly. Be like a kid. Analyse your problems, learn and grow. In this process, you need to have a lot of patience because it will take a lot of time.
